Hilary's consulting activities in academic institutions have included facilitating change, role negotiation, conflict resolution, planning, and culture & team building activities. She has also conducted a wide range of leadership & staff development activities. When people are skillful in their interpersonal and work relationships with each other, things happen!

Hilary has just received the ATEM National President’s Award 2005 for her work, over a period of 2 decades, with university staff throughout Australia and New Zealand.
